RUTLAND 503 Wind Turbine

A windcharger designed for use on boats, while moving or moored, and caravans whilst parked, where it will keep batteries trickle charged. At home the unit can be used to operate garden pump or fountain or even low voltage lighting in gardens, sheds or garages. The RUTLAND 503 is light-weight and easy to install on land it is designed for mounting on 5-6m high poles with a diameter of 31.7mm (11/4). A marine mounting kit is available for use on boats. Recommended for use with either of the voltage regulators below.

    Shunt Regulator: A 12V shunt regulator that connects between the windcharger and battery where it will provide automatic protection against overcharging. Dimensions (WxHxD): 100x53x75mm. 12V Controller: Incorporates the above regulator plus an ammeter, voltage indicator and all interconnections. Dimensions (WxHxD): 160x75x160mm. Marine Mounting Kit: A stainless steel mounting kit supplied in 2 sections of 1m length with tube joiner, deck fining brackets and fasteners. Guy wires not supplied.
